Vistara is Hiring Senior Executive – Digital (Social Media & Email Marketing) At Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities:
• Social Media Marketing
o Custodian of Vistara’s content strategy – Generate & Execute out of the box ideas.
o Manage and execute all Social Media campaigns, promotions and day-to-day activities.
o Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
o Manage Social/Digital Agency and work closely with them to create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
o Oversee ORM – Monitor, listen and respond in a “Social” way while cultivating leads.
o Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
o Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
o Become an advocate, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
o Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
o Drive and monitor UGC. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
o Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the Social Media impact. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Manage Owned Digital Assets
o Conceptualize, design, adapt campaigns for owned assets, such as website and app.
o Manage end-to-end email marketing, including design, executing, and reporting – one-point contact for email marketing agency. Knowledge and training on Adobe Campaign Management is an advantage.
o Conceive strategy for Vistara’s Blog, and work closely with the in-house content writer to develop a renowned platform.
• One-point contact for Digital Creative/Content agency
Skills & Attributes:
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
• Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
• Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms.
Eligibility:
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in social media domain ideally within the travel and hospitality sector.
