Mr. Winnie Kurup (Mentor & Senior Advisor)

Winnie Kurup is a part of our organization. he have been a part of the aviation circle over four decades.
He is the Regional Director of Asia Pacific for world Aviation Service (WAS) which headed by Mr. Walter
Morehouse Jr. who is the president & Based at Minnesota.

A versatile professional from the Aviation Circles near 6 decades, having held covenanted positions with

  • Kuwait Airways Corp.(1958-1968)
  • Singapore Airlines Ltd. (1968-1974)
  • Air India (rep) Seychelles (1974-76 )
  • Biman Bangladesh Airlines ( 1976-81 )
  • Kuwait Airways Corp. Dhahran (1981-85)
  • American Airlines Bombay Rep. (1985-89)
  • Air Asiatic Ltd. India(1989-1992)
  • World Aviation Services Ltd.(1992- till 2002)
  • Zexus Air (Zoom Air)

He was nationally awarded The First Rajiv Gandhi Gold Medal Award for contribution to Domestic
Aviation India -1993.

Ms. Seema Agarwal

She has over 30 Years of Professional Experience with Several top Organizations with hand holding Knowledge in Personal Grooming, Etiquettes, Social Education, Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism and Personality Development. Expertise in designing and implementing learning & development strategy in line with the business strategy to addresses the short-term and long term needs of the organization Demonstrated excellence by receiving Vocational Training Award by Rotary Club.

Mr. Vikas Topa

Mr. Vikas Topa is an accomplished hotel management professional and educationist with
29+ years of varied experience in educational institute management, Hotel Operations

He has been associated with GoalsMate Academy since past 3 years as HOD-Hospitality Management.

Mr. Gp. Capt. IB Singh

Captain IB Singh is associated with GoalsMate Academy as a Senior Advisor in Training &
Placement Division. He has served Indian Air Force for many years. Now he is The owner
of A Reputed Visa Consultancy Firm & he is a Founder of Life Foundation also.

Mr. Sanjay Jha

He is a personality with Solutions focused, detailed analyst, team oriented leadership, Public

and Finance, having a strong experience of more than 21+ years of Business Development, Student
Training, Counseling and Career guidelines in India and Abroad, management of Sales and
Marketing, Operations, Content Development, Trainings & setup of New Educational Ventures.
He has been associated with GoalsMate Academy.

German Airlines for 12 years and Sahara Airlines for 3 years. Also worked in guest relations
in hotel like Maurya Sheraton, Taj resorts n hotel Shangrila.
