We are an Aviation training & consulting company primarily focusing on the “Employ-ability”, “Industry readiness” & “Sustainability” of aspiring professionals in the Aviation Hospitality, Travel & Retail Industries.
This program has been initiated by a group of professionals who have spent more than 25+ years each in the service industry, doing various roles with multiple organizations.
We have already trained and placed aspiring professionals in the service industry in multiple roles and our training programs have been received very well by the hiring managers in the industry.
These programs are aimed at sensitizing the students about the service Industry. While they acquire the “functional” knowledge during their academics, we want to make them “actually” ready for the corporate world, before they face their first interview.
We have senior people from the Industry as trainers some, currently working with various airlines, in varied kinds of industries. Our panel is helping us coach/mentor these aspiring professionals.
We are building a pool of aspiring professionals, who will be “better” ready for the service industry. We are not limiting ourselves to only the tier 1 city students but are also reaching out to tier 2& tier 3 cities. Once the set of students is trained, they will be placed in the industry. We do not charge the corporate for reviewing this candidate or even hiring them. If the corporate would want, we will also screen the students from the said pool, based on the specific requirements of that corporate company.

Eligibility Criteria :
- 18-27 years.
- 10+2 or equivalent degree.
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
Students will be admitted on the basis of their performance in the interview.
Note: – 3 Months Cabin Crew Training Certification is also available.
