Update on flight G8 338
GoAir flight G8 338 operating from New Delhi to Mumbai carrying 155 passengers suffered a bird hit on Wednesday. Following standard operating procedure, the aircraft returned to New Delhi as a precautionary measure at 11:28 am. All the passengers were safe and transferred to another aircraft which was airborne at 1:04 pm. The matter is under investigation.
